About Our Products
Where does your soap come from?
All our soaps are made in Marseille, France, following the centuries-old tradition of Savon de Marseille. Each bar is crafted with natural ingredients under the supervision of a master soapmaker.
Why the name “Crains Dégun”?
“Crains Dégun” is a traditional expression from Marseille, meaning Fear No One. It reflects our spirit — authentic, bold, and deeply rooted in Provence.
Is your soap really made in Provence?
Yes. Every Crains Dégun product is crafted in Provence, in collaboration with one of the last artisanal soap factories in Marseille.
What’s the difference between artisanal and industrial soap?
Artisanal soap is made using the traditional hot process, with natural oils and no harsh additives. Industrial soaps are mass-produced, often using synthetic ingredients and shortcuts that compromise quality.
Ours are palm oil-free, fragrance-free, and preservative-free — just authentic soap, the way it was meant to be.

How long does delivery take?
USA: 2–5 business days
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the United States, with upcoming expansion to Canada and Mexico.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout.
Free shipping is available in the U.S. for orders over $55.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Simply contact us via the contact page with your order number — our team will guide you through the process.
Are there exceptions?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded.
